So over the winter I realized that I had not logged any of my workouts last summer. I was a little disappointed in myself when it came time to see the mileage I had done for the year, and there was no way to do anything more than estimate it. I used to log all of my workouts on BeginnerTriathlete.com so I decided to start doing it again this year.
Well if I am going to be logging onto that website every night, I decided that I might as well try to give back a little to the tri community. With that being said, I decided to host my own mentoring group on BT.
As of today, we have a total of 11 new triathletes, and my wife, Maria and one friend from the begining, Laura in our group. My goal is to help bring these athletes along and encourage them to reach their goals over the course of this season.
With that being said, I guess I am going to have to practice what I preach and start logging my workouts too. I have been nursing this nagging elbow injury since Christmas, but as of last night I am back at it.
Next stop Ironman Maddison.
